11:30 am - 1:00 pm: VIP Hour
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: General Admission
Weber Point Event Center: 221 N. Center Street, Stockton
VISIT STOCKTON PROVIDES:
- $150 contribution towards your beer donation
- Free marketing of the event and your brewery's participation via social media
- Additional promotion of the event via radio, print advertising, posters, postcards, etc.
- One (1) 10x10 space for pouring
- One (1) table
- Two (2) chairs
- Ice
- Dump buckets
- Water for cleaning glasses
- Volunteers (must request in advance)
- Up to two (2) meal tickets and water for your representatives (limited value)
YOU PROVIDE:
- (2) 15.5 gallon kegs of different varieties to pour at the event during General Admission (stouts, sours, etc.)
- One (1) small keg of specialty beer for VIP
(not necessary, but very helpful for your popularity)
- Minimum of one (1) brewery representative to give customers the best information possible about your brand and beers.
- Should a rep not be available, please provide equivalent packaged product and information for volunteers so they can speak to the beer and brand.
- Branded tent and signage
